RESEARCH CONTRACT: Protein Modeling<\/strong><\/em>
\u2022 Workplace: CME Lab, CINBIO, Universidade de Vigo, Spain. https:\/\/cme.webs.uvigo.es<\/a>
\u2022 Duration: 12 months, May (2021) \u2013 April (2022), could be extended.
\u2022 Gross remuneration: Approx 2,000 euros per month (gross salary), depending on qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n


 TASKS TO BE PERFORMED<\/em>
\u2022 Modeling of proteins (homology modeling, docking protein-ligand, molecular dynamics)<\/p>\n\n\n\n


 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS<\/em>
\u2022 Experience in protein modeling (homology modeling, docking protein-ligand, molecular dynamics)
\u2022 University degree or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology or similar.
\u2022 Programming in basic languages (i.e., Python, R, C)<\/p>\n\n\n\n


 MERITS TO VALUE<\/em>
\u2022 Experience in protein modeling (homology modeling, docking protein-ligand, molecular dynamics)
\u2022 Experience in protein evolution
\u2022 Script programming (i.e., Python, R or C) and supercomputing capabilities
\u2022 CV (degrees, scientific publications and communications, English, computer programming)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retribuci\u00f3n aproximada: 1750 euros brutos \/ mes

Requisitos de los aspirantes<\/strong>
\u2013 Titulaci\u00f3n: Graduado con M\u00e1ster o Doctor (preferible), en ciencias experimentales: Biolog\u00eda, Qu\u00edmica, Biotecnolog\u00eda, F\u00edsica o afines.
\u2013 Experiencia en:
Bioinform\u00e1tica estructural de modelado de prote\u00ednas (modelado por homolog\u00eda, din\u00e1mica molecular, docking)
